External Complaint Channels

Should you have any complaints, suggestions or opinions about the Company and its schools, please share them with the Company through the following channels:

• Oral complaints: please submit to the Complaints Management Committee in person or through the complaint hotline (0791-88102608),

• Written complaints: please submit to the Company through mail (email: jinzhou.wu@chinaeducation.hk, which is managed by specialized staff that check complaints on a regular basis). Opinions can also be submitted to the company through community representatives, local governments, etc,

• Complainants may choose to file their grievance anonymously.
